So one bright day, you decide that since the Internet has spread the knowledge of BDSM and Female Domination far and wide, there must be many young women who would like to become Dommes (either professionally or for their significant others).

So you attempt to contact them and hook them up with more advanced Dominants or to organize them, etc. But for some reason, it's not as easy as it seemed when you woke up with the idea at three in the morning :-D

However, eventually you have a base of young novices and semi-skilled would-be dominants who have contacted you over a four month period.

You are not quite sure exactly how to proceed. You have exchaned email with some of them, spoken by phone to others, and bought lunch for a couple.

You are not in a position to totally train any one of them, because she needs to be paid for her time and while the rate won't be quite as high as your local Pro-Domme, "Mistress Ice Queen," training even one novice will take many hours, and of course, she will need to experience a wide variety of males so she develops her skills and intuitive resources.

You also have the ability to make web sites, take great photos, create graphic designs, and you can write well enough to put your ideas on a page.

What do you do?

Here's what I did.

I ran some ads, collected the photos and data for a number of promising young female novices.

Then I tried to find an already practicing woman to oversee the development of several fledgling Dommes.

It didn't work out for several reasons and I'll not need to go into that here.

Suffice it to say that while Women do know what needs to be done in this situation, MEN are the ones who know how to Get Things Done.

For example (true story), in the old Esseminian Way news letter (paper and snail mail), a woman told of wanting to chain up her man so he could never get free. She eagerly described how she was going to join the chain with a machine bolt with washers and a nut. She described how she would oh-so-carefully file all the corners off the nut, so a wrench would slip and the nut could never be removed. (!)

Ahem! This woman had never been told about vice grip pliers! She also didn't know the CORRECT way to accomplsh her goal. Any man would know that you simply spin the nut down far enough so a bit of the threaded bolt shaft protrudes; and then you hammer ("peen") that exposed end of the bolt shaft down so the nut will never travel back up the ruined, mushroomed threads. Bwa ha ha ha ha!

OK. So the next thing I did, I bought the old ClevelandErotica.com web site. I revamped the design, and I added this forum. Then I ran the ads you probably clicked on to get here.

There you have it, guys. I'm depending on you to help me figure out how to make sure that any young woman with Dominant tendencies here in town will be able to learn how things are done and be able to make her living practicing the sort of kinky behaviors we all hold so dear!

Please give some pointers on how to FIND and INTEREST young talent/recruits to want to participate in this lifestyle. Please share with us the things you might do/say and where you even begin to meet these ladies?

Sorry for the delay on answering this.

All women have it in them, and especially young women. But I expect that most can satisfy that desire with a BF, DH, or SO of some type or another. So I would look mostly for women who would like to establish themselves in a professional way. Of these there are all sorts, and in various circumstances. College students. Waitresses. Medical technicians and aides. I've met them in each category.

I did see your Yahoo group and it's exhortation against those who practice for money. But given the improbability of finding even one really hot amateur willing to spend time with the average kink-oriented male, I can't see why you want to discourage the Pro side. Or maybe you only included that text as a disclaimer to stick with Yahoo's hypocritical standards, in which case no problemo.

How to find them?

First you must make it known to interested parties that there's a call for such a thing. What better way than the internet? Forums, classifieds, websites? That's about all I have to say about it. Whatdaya think?
